Jasper Police say the driver of the motorcycle, 58-year-old Jason Helming of Jasper, failed to yield the right of way and collided with an SUV driven by 46-year-old Joseph Marks-Weber of Charlestown, Indiana.
Helming was taken to Jasper Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Marks-Weber was not injured. Helming was cited for Failure to Yield the Right of Way.
