Billy Joiner, age 67, was driving on Old U.S. Hwy 33 near Tower Road, when his motorcycle collided into the back of a pick-up truck that was stopped in heavy traffic.
Billy Joiner was transported to Elkhart General Hospital where he died from his injuries. The driver of the pick-up truck was not injured.
The crash is still under investigation.
